Direct integration with Krones and Simonazzi production line

OVERVIEW
We are pleased to offer a SCADA system that provides a versatile yet powerful central plant floor information platform dotted with core modules like SQL Server, OPC server etc.

The plant floor information platform based on zenon allows vertical integration (i.e. ERP , Asset Management , Factory Performance analysis software etc.) as well as horizontal integration wheredifferent hardware and PLC can be integrated (i.e. Siemens S7, OPC servers, etc..).

Popup alarming module is a sophisticated tool that can be added to any panel running with Zenon on Windows XP.
   
Direct access to each panel HMI running Zenon on Windows XP.
Direct access to PLCs via network adapter TCP/IP for panels running Zenon HMI on Windows CE.
Possibility to direct access PLCs on panels running other than Zenon as HMI.
Overview display of the complete line can be added in each panel running Zenon on windows xp.Thus, the operator at any location on the line can have an overview of the complete line.
   
   
In the event of critical alarm, or warning event, a popup window will allow the operator to select the cause of those events.
 
List of causes can be modified in the centralization PC.
Sophisticated management of the popup window with a “snoozing” option for each alarm event.
Even with a communication break with the centralization PC, all data will be saved into the panel and will be send to the centralization PC once the network connectivity with the centralization PC is reestablished.
 
Tremendous work has been done to develop this add-on to run in conjuncture with HMI application in the panel, without altering HMI project and especially for not altering HMI performances.

Alarm Report
Critical events can now displayed filtered and reported at any level of the line.
End user can select to display alarms that correspond to any criteria.
Sorting of the alarms are customized by the end user; sorting by date, station, critical; can be chosen in user defined order.
Cause of a critical event chosen by the operator in the panels can be modified or edited in the alarm viewer.
 
When selecting an alarm, user can click on ‘Hint’, it will display the recommendation (to perform in case of this event) stored in the HMI panel running Zenon R on windows xp.
 
  Alarm report is generated by clicking on the HTML button on the alarm viewer interface.
  Grouping of the alarms for the date and the station give a good overview to the user of the alarm listing.

CHRONOLOGICAL EVENT LIST
 
Maintenance and production reports are also available :
Maintenance report
  Breakdown and operation hours on each machine, on each shift.
Each breakdown event is displayed with the breakdown time.
Production report
  Clear overview of daily production reports in each shift.
  Performance indicator with production counter, speed, and program running.
  Hourly average, minimum, maximum speed.
  Average speed during each shift also provided.
When an operator modify a parameter or perform a login / logout or the system start / shutdown, an automatic archiving will be held in the chronologic list.
 
A CEL (chronological event list) of each panel will also be available in the centralized PC server.
New and old value parameter will be available in the centralized PC server.
The option to get the old value in parallel with the new value of the parameter send by the operator does not exist in existing HMI panel.
 
We had to develop this feature on the centralized PC server.
