Electrical drawings are done on Eplan electric P8 which offers possibilities for project planning, documentation and management of automation projects.

PLC PROGRAMMING
Our long expertise in PLC programming, especially with SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER and MOELLER PLC’s allowed us to build a comprehensive and wode-range library of FB (function blocks) specially for Waste-Water Treatment Plan with easy to use DT (data type).

We provide our customer with all documentations ( Examples ) of the PLC programming such as Flow chart, description of each FB (function block) used and step by step process control which can contribute a lot in time saving in commissioning, installation as well as maintenance.

SCADA SOFTWARE
Our well trained engineers are specialists in Zenon, Topkapi and Wonderware as SCADA software for process control. We developed a comprehensive and wide-range libraries symbols which can be used in any project with all the functionality needed in order to meet the required process in minimum of time.

We provide our customer with all documentations ( Example1, Example2, Example3) needed on each synoptic with the corresponding IO’s list, their control philosophy as well as their mapping on the PLC programming.

With real-time diagnostics, operators monitor the quality of the water and the treatment process, plus they can make timely changes that help prevent compliance violations. Also data can be gathered and organized easily and quickly for the monthly reports as well as annually reports.
This means that the quality of the water is maintained consistently.
